This Privacy Policy explains how "Pocket Animal: Zoo Builder Sim" (the "App") handles information when you use it. By using the App, you agree to this policy.

01Information we do NOT collect

The App does not require account creation or login. We do not ask for or collect your name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, or precise location. Your zoo management progress, research, animals, currency, and gameplay settings are stored only locally on your device and are never uploaded to our servers. We do not operate our own servers that store your personal data. When you uninstall or delete the App, this local data is permanently removed.

02Information collected automatically (via third parties)

To support free gameplay with banner ads, analyze gameplay stability, and verify purchases, we use third-party services that may automatically collect certain technical information:

1. Google AdMob (advertising)

Displays banner advertisements in the free version. May collect: advertising identifier (Advertising ID / IDFA), device information (model, OS version, language), approximate location derived from IP address, and ad interaction data. This is used to serve and measure ads (personalized or non-personalized).

2. Google Analytics for Firebase (usage analytics)

Helps us understand gameplay progression and balance. May collect: app instance identifier, device and OS information, and anonymous in-game events (new game, level milestones, in-game days, research completions, awards, animal losses, full version purchase dialog views, purchase results).

3. Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)

Diagnoses app crashes and unexpected errors. May collect: crash trace logs, device model, operating system version, and installation UUID at the time of an error.

4. In-App Purchases (Google Play / Apple App Store)

Purchases of the Full Version (ad removal) are processed directly by Google Play and Apple. We do not collect or store your payment details (e.g., credit card numbers). Only receipt validation is verified locally on your device.

We do not sell your personal information.

03Consent (EEA / UK users)

For users in the European Economic Area (EEA) and the United Kingdom, we show a Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) consent request on first launch. You can choose whether to allow personalized ads. You may change your choice at any time via [Ad Settings] in the in-game Settings menu.

04Advertising ID & Tracking choices

On iOS, you can decline the tracking prompt without affecting gameplay. You can reset or limit your device Advertising ID in your device settings (Android: Settings → Google → Ads / iOS: Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking).

05Data retention & deletion

Game save data remains on your device until you delete the App or clear app storage. Analytics and crash data collected by Google Firebase are retained according to Google's standard retention cycles (up to 14 months) before automatic deletion. You may request deletion of analytics data by contacting us via email.

06Children's privacy

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us.

07International transfers

Technical data collected by Google and Apple may be processed on servers located outside your country of residence (including the United States) in accordance with applicable privacy standards.

08Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction (e.g., GDPR, CCPA), you may have rights to access, correct, or delete your data. Because game save data is stored locally, you can remove it by deleting the App. For data handled by Google, please refer to Google's controls and policies.
