01Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of "Pocket Animal: Zoo Builder Sim" (the "App") provided by Tokai Studio. By downloading, accessing, or using the App, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms:

Permitted Use: The App is provided solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from the App's code, visual assets, or sound files without prior written consent.
Full Version (In-App Purchase): The Full Version is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase that permanently removes banner advertisements. If you switch devices or reinstall the App, you may restore your unlock at any time via ⚙️ Settings → Buy Full Version → [Restore Purchases], provided you are signed in with the same store account (Google Play or Apple ID) used for the original purchase.
Refunds: All purchases are billed and processed directly by Google Play or the Apple App Store. Refunds are governed exclusively by their respective store refund policies. Tokai Studio does not process payments or direct refunds. Please request refunds through the respective store:
- Google Play: play.google.com (Order history → Report a problem)
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
Disclaimer of Warranty (AS-IS): The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Game progress is stored strictly on your local device. Tokai Studio is not responsible for any loss of save data resulting from device malfunction, device replacement, application deletion, or cache clearance.
Updates & Adjustments: We reserve the right to update the App to balance gameplay values, introduce new features, or fix technical issues.
Governing Law: These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Korea.

02Support & Frequently Asked Questions

Restoring PurchasesGo to Settings → Buy Full Version → [Restore Purchases]. You must be signed into the same app store account.

Refund RequestsSubmit requests directly through Google Play or Apple App Store account order histories.

Save Data LossProgress is saved locally on device. Deleting the App will permanently delete save data.

Ad RemovalUnlocking the Full Version in-app purchase removes all banner ads permanently.

Bug ReportsPlease email info@tokaistudio.com with your device model, OS version, app version, and reproduction steps.
