These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "RoomPlan 3D : Fast & Easy" (the "App") developed and provided by Tokai Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

01Permitted use

RoomPlan 3D is provided for personal floor plan sketching and 3D visualization. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or any of its 3D rendering assets without our prior written consent.

02Floor plan designs & disclaimer

Floor plans, room dimensions, and 3D models created within the App are for illustrative design and planning purposes only. They do not constitute certified architectural blueprints, structural engineering assessments, or professional building surveys.

03Local data storage

Your floor plans and design projects are stored solely on your local device. We do not maintain copies on our servers. You are responsible for maintaining backups by exporting your plans. Deleting the App or clearing app data will erase local drawings.

04Advertisements

The free version displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Interacting with ads is governed by Google's terms and privacy policies.

05Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available". Tokai Studio shall not be liable for any damages resulting from reliance on measurements or drawings generated by the App.

06Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
