These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of "Salary Clock" (the "App") developed and provided by Tokai Studio ("we", "us", or "our"). By installing or using the App, you agree to these Terms.

01Permitted use

Salary Clock is provided to you free of charge for personal productivity and estimation purposes. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, decompile, modify, or redistribute the App or any of its assets without our prior written consent.

02Calculation estimates & disclaimer

The earnings calculations displayed in the App are estimates based entirely on the numbers (e.g. wage, work hours, overtime) that you enter. The App does not constitute official accounting, tax, or legal advice. Tokai Studio is not liable for any discrepancies between the calculations in the App and your actual employer payroll or tax obligations.

03Data storage

All your wage and work schedule settings remain exclusively on your device. We do not store your financial details on our servers. Uninstalling the App or clearing your device cache will remove your stored settings.

04Advertisements

To support free usage, the App displays ads powered by Google AdMob. Your interactions with ads are subject to Google's policies and terms.

05Limitation of liability

The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Tokai Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the App.

06Governing law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea.
